adelaide adventures: January 2007
http://frestwill.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
Our little corner of the web, to keep anyone bored enough to be interested, updated on our life in Adelaide. Wednesday, January 24, 2007. Sometimes I find it hard to recognise all the parts of myself. Can the person who watches "living with refugees" and thinks "my God, sometimes I am so bloody caught up in superficial crap" really be the same person who buys the liquid soap which smells like milk and honey, even though it costs more, just because it smells nice? Am I the only one who thinks like this?

adelaide adventures: Scubadude!
http://frestwill.blogspot.com/2007/08/scubadude.html
Our little corner of the web, to keep anyone bored enough to be interested, updated on our life in Adelaide. Sunday, August 12, 2007. I thought the inventiveness. Of the water bottle air tanks was very cool! And, just for fun, a photo of smudge at 32 weeks, apparently he'll grow some more before he's born. Unless he's going to remove a rib or 2, I have no idea how that will work! Love the water bottle - and the crazy professor look! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Now we find out.

Rae's Place... Follow Me To Disney: February 2010
http://raeplace.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Rae's Place. Follow Me To Disney. Thursday, February 25, 2010. As my good friend JB would say. But I made it, yesterday was crazy! I woke up and guess what, my knee and the muscles round it were just fine. Weird. And I have my triathlon season breathing down my neck. Most of this is out of town and I do not know if I can do them like last year. Now do I want to add the Goofy to this? Yes No. Yes.idk. oh the dilemma. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. I wish I was there right now. Me and E are in the last row.

Running & Other Things: February 2008
http://runningandotherthings.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Running and Other Things. Tuesday, February 19, 2008. I am starting to see the effects of generous friends and family. I sent out my fundraising letters for Hope Runs last Monday and barely a week later we have raised $200! So, thank you all who have taken the time to visit this site or have given to the children touched by Hope Runs. Bless you. Running & Other Things: Valentines
http://runningandotherthings.blogspot.com/2010/02/valentines.html
Running and Other Things. Sunday, February 14, 2010. Well it's one of my least favorite days of the year, Valentines Day. I now have a solution to my aversion to this Hallmark invented holiday, RACING! Today was the Five Points of Life Marathon and Half Marathon here in Gainesville. It's our biggest and longest distance event here in town. Today was my third time doing the Half Marathon. I finished in 1:41:25 and placed 2nd in my age group! One strange thing is my feet fell very fast asleep, I literally ...

Running & Other Things: Mountain Masochist Trail Run
http://runningandotherthings.blogspot.com/2012/02/mountain-masochist-trail-run.html
Running and Other Things. Sunday, November 6, 2011. Mountain Masochist Trail Run. Going into the race I had a naive goal of finishing under 10 hours and I knew I could make top 10 women if I could get down to around 9:30. About 22 miles in I realized how unrealistic that was, and actually pretty disrespectful to the amazing women that do run those times. Perpetuum, both Hammer products. Best decision I made, it kept my stomach happy and the caffeine in the Perpetuum that I had on the second half gave...

Running & Other Things: 50+ Mile Weeks
http://runningandotherthings.blogspot.com/2010/03/50-mile-weeks.html
Running and Other Things. Thursday, March 4, 2010. The next week went well too, I was surprisingly full of energy despite the near marathon on Saturday 2/20. It was really cold and rainy, quite unpleasant weather wise, but we still had a great time. Some people did 8 miles, some 12 and then we did 16.5ish. My guess is tendinitis, but ice actually makes it feel worse, so who knows! I'm hoping it goes away soon, although I'm grateful that running feels better than walking! Here's to healing quickly! Actual...

Running & Other Things: January 2010
http://runningandotherthings.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Running and Other Things. Sunday, January 31, 2010. This week was a tough one, but good in the way of introspection. Saturday morning I realized I was not invincible and that dehydration and lack of sleep does in fact impair your physical and mental functions. My main problem that developed post Newnan's Lake run was I got cocky. So what did I learn, or more importantly, what would I have done differently? Will I drink for 7 hours before my marathon in May? No Will I try and keep my ego in check? I was s...
