Tuesday, May 11, 2010. I technically finish my program Thursday. I feel like I just arrived in Spain and now I am leaving, as if I haven't lived here for 4 months. I have learned a lot about the Sevillano culture. One that stands out and one that I hope to bring with me back to the states is the phrase "no pasa nada.". No pasa nada" is a typical Spanish phrase. I can't think of a direct translation into English, but it sort of means, "it's no big deal" with a go-with-the-flow attitude. Monday, May 3, 2010.

Sunday, February 21, 2010. Sunday, February 14, 2010. Tres ciudades en un dia! Red mineral (and very acidic) water. The rock colors and the water made the mine look sort of like the Grand Canyon. Then we went to a cave that was one of the pretties things I have ever seen-huge, crystal clear water, and really cool stalagmites and stalagtites. You would have never known it was there.
