Garbage and Recycling Collection Schedule. FOR YOUR INFORMATION REGARDING GARBAGE/RECYCLING PICKUP. There have been concerns conveyed to the Town of Hull about Harter's Disposal dumping both the garbage and the recycling in the same truck. We have a new split truck in the Town of Hull. This means the garbage goes in one side and the recycling in the other. IT IS NOT BEING MIXED. It is a state law that we all recycle. Thank you for your concern and your observation.
