Val'z Fiber Adventures: Is this January?
http://valzfiberadventures.blogspot.com/2008/01/is-this-january.html
Spinning, Knitting, Sewing, and whatever else sounds like fun while caring for sheep, bunnies, chickens, two labs, and a husband! Monday, January 14, 2008. It has been a strange January indeed. We broke a weather record last week, reaching a high of 64! While I am not complaining, as that warmth allowed for some otherwise neglected chores to be completed, it is hard to get used to days and days without snow. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Serena Zuo: August 2007
http://serenazuo.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html
Zuo - do, create or make. Friday, August 31, 2007. That's right folks - I'm headed back to school this fall. Not for Biostatistics though, which was the plan when we moved out here. Nope, I'm going to design school. Yesterday I signed up for Drafting, Fundamentals of AutoCAD and Introduction to Interior Design. This all started because I am working for Isaac's mom (since June) doing bookkeeping, but eventually I'm hoping to do design work. Monday, August 13, 2007. I got my Sockapalooza 4 socks today!

Zuo - do, create or make. Thursday, July 16, 2009. Does Mommy Love It - baby product review. Now that I'm a mom, I'm definitely looking for those must have items. I came across this blog: DoesMommyLoveIt.com, which reviews various baby-related items. In fact they are giving away a Didymos wrap, which is my newest obsession. Here's hoping I win! Here is the link:http:/ happilydomestic.blogspot.com/2009/09/planet-wise-pail-liner-review-and.html. Hope you enjoy my blog as well. :-). Follow me on Twitter.

The Kniterella View: It's just that time of year
http://thekniterella.blogspot.com/2010/12/its-just-that-time-of-year.html
Wednesday, December 08, 2010. It's just that time of year. Knitting has been occurring and this vest is a gift. For my dear friend, Amy. It is the Mary Swanson cardi-vest and I simply adore it. It is knit in Brown Sheep Worsted and the main color lived in my stash for a long time. I picked up the contrasting colors from my LYS. It was a quick knit and this is definitely a pattern I will knit again. Theres nothing better than knitting for a grateful recipient. The vest looks great! Little Thorns buy now.

The Kniterella View: The skein that sparked insanity
http://thekniterella.blogspot.com/2011/12/skein-that-sparked-insanity.html
Saturday, December 31, 2011. The skein that sparked insanity. On the cusp of a brand spankin' New Year and I find myself sorting through bins of yarn. My goal (if you can rightfully call it that) is to get every skein of yarn into Ravelry with a photo and bin location. The craziness that sparked this endeavor was my desire to find a skein of sock yarn that I KNEW I had. It nearly became an obsession as every bin was searched and searched through again. Ha! I went into Doll House for a Sherri Hill dress a...

The Kniterella View: October 2010
http://thekniterella.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Through the loops mystery sock: the foot. Where have the last few weeks gone? The winds blew strong yesterday and the skimmer basket was so heavy that I could barely dig it out to empty it. It has been warm and humid, though. No complaints because we have 20 degrees on our previous town and 10 degrees on my home town. Seems like this is where the big difference begins in temperature. The Mardi Gras vest is still coming along. I have knit through the second whirligig and sta...

As the Bunny Spins: Halfway to Nome

Saturday, March 14, 2015. It’s also the third year of the Fantasy Iditarod Game. The page comes in slowly), sponsored by Danny Seavey. Basically we pick 7 mushers totalling $27,000 (each musher has an assigned $ based on past performance). Scores are added by times between checkpoints and who gets into a checkpoint in what order. When Brent Sass got DQ’d it threw a large monkey wrench into the game as over 300 of us chose him as one of our 7. Bam! Jeff King won the first musher to Galena Prize. Us crazy ...

As the Bunny Spins: It's Not over until its Over.
http://asthebunnyspins.blogspot.com/2015/03/its-not-over-until-its-over.html
Tuesday, March 17, 2015. It's Not over until its Over. Funny thing about this race. Dallas Seavey will probably be getting to Nome in the wee hours tomorrow morning, for his third Iditarod Win. The race doesn't end there. Until the last musher allowed comes into Nome, winning the Red Lantern, this race goes on. There's a bit of money even for those at the back of the pack. And here's one of Jessie Royer's pups. Isn't she the sweetest. Susan (and SmokeyBlue in spirit). March 19, 2015 at 8:28 AM. Coastal C...
