I want to be different- just like everyone else. Sunday, March 10, 2013. Journals. wahoo. I mean, WAHOO! First, let me say that in my last post, my plea for you to praise a woman was not meant for you to praise me. I know I am awesome. hahah. I just meant any woman. or anybody, for that matter. Compliments are easy and cheap to give. I must thank Middle-Aged Mormon Man for the idea for this post. It's not really what he meant, but this is where my mind went. Journals. I want to be different--just like everyone else: March 2013
http://tonyaadams.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
I want to be different- just like everyone else. Tuesday, March 26, 2013. I believe in traditional marriage between a man and a woman. But don't flame me. It's not that I am "ashamed of the gospel of Christ", it's that I fear internet fire-bombing. I don't like to be yelled at or ALL-CAPPED or have people not like me. I (mistakenly) feel that if I keep my beliefs to myself, it will be ok because I hate conflict so much. I have started feeling badly about keeping one particular belief to myself. First, le...

I want to be different--just like everyone else: December 2012
http://tonyaadams.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
I want to be different- just like everyone else. Sunday, December 30, 2012. Beginning at ham and ending at cookies. The important part of this is that the optimist in me won, because I am boiling the ham bone, because you never know, I might learn to like bean soup this winter. The second thing is this: why oh why does time go faster when we get older? So off I go. I am makin' cookies, friends! Links to this post. Sunday, December 2, 2012. I am a changed person, but with the same name. Tonight's First Pr...

http://tonyaadams.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
I want to be different- just like everyone else. Monday, October 8, 2012. Canadian (and Brigham City) Thanksgiving. Family. Thank you to my friends (if you are wondering what for, just insert any of the things you have done for me or kind thing you have said and that will be a start). I am so glad Heavenly Father doesn't mind repeating himself, because He has to do that a lot for me. :). I want to be different--just like everyone else: October 2011
http://tonyaadams.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
I want to be different- just like everyone else. Sunday, October 30, 2011. Because I am supposed to, I guess. Hayden pointed out to me that there have only been four blog posts all year, in a disapproving tone. I simply shrugged and said, "It hasn't been the best year." I didn't add that I rarely get to use the computer when the kids are home. Oh, they'll get off if I ask, but is it worth asking? Is it my medical chart? What is the point of this blog? I want to be different- just like everyone else. Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Christmas: Small things, big things and an experiment/invitation. First, have you heard about the Candy Bomber? Second, on the back of the December New Era is a quote:. Of course these small things can take time to grow into something big. You might not actually get to see what develops, but that isn't the point , I guess. So, if you are interested, try this with me. Pray about someone you can help feel the love of the Savio...

RubyJade: just for fun
http://rubyjade.blogspot.com/2009/01/just-for-fun.html
Confessions of a domestically challenged housewife. Friday, January 30, 2009. I thought this was such a cute picture of them laughing together - until I looked closer and realized that that laugh of his was really an evil mocking one, because he's squashing her hand under his boot. Such a nice boy. This is the one I used for the 5x7. I wanted to share these. Some of you who have facebook accounts have seen these, but for my blog stalkers I'll put them up here too! They turned out great!

Buffy: This job is NOT for the weak
http://walkwithbuffy.blogspot.com/2011/01/this-job-is-not-for-weak.html
This job is NOT for the weak. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed these days. The job of motherhood is not for the weak in spirit. I was sooo blessed to have my mom here for 4 weeks to help me out but she left yesterday AND I have to say it's not nearly as fun. Our little Grace is a night owl. She loves to perk right up around 9:30 or 10:00 pm. Right about the time I'm about to pass out from exhaustion. She's so cute but let's be honest how many babies are all that cute at 10:30 pm? Molly is a HANDFUL!

Buffy: May 2010

Well we've lost tooth number 3! And it was not without a lot of drama, as is typical in our house. This thing has been loose for 3 months! Finally we got in there and loosened it enough that he was ready for it to come out. Of course, he had to say a prayer.twice, and then do some deep breathing, and some calming counting. All the while his dad's standing there with the needle nose pliers ready to get busy! It seems that each time Ethan has lost a tooth Molly has gained one! How strange is that!
