It turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous day and we arrived at the beach an hour to sunset. This is the beach we walked onto! Blue sky, Sun bright, No wind and only a slight nip in the air. This is proof that no matter how old you are sand still holds a deep rooted fascination. Maya could not get enough of the wet, mushy, malleable, well.sandy stuff!
