Breads – The Wayfare Baker
http://www.thewayfarebaker.com/breads
All of our bread is based on a naturally fermented sourdough culture. We practice a long fermentation method, lasting anywhere between 24 to 48 hours. Vegan food and activism in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. Love Fresh, Local Food? 9 June, 2016. 19 June, 2016. Vegan in the LV. Food doesn’t get more local than your backyard. Just ask Matt and Jess Salvaterra, who got into gardening to become more self-sufficient and got so good at it, they started selling their surplus as Salvaterra’s Gardens. Dropped the anchor and went ashore for lunch at the cafe there. We all ordered squat lobster open sandwiches and they were delicious. Squat lobsters are like norwegian lobsters except smaller they have to be processed by hand which is why you probably won’t find them in the supermarket. Next day we sailed pas...
