Welcome To This Groove. Thursday, March 18, 2010. Welcome To This Groove. 311 DAY 2010: Las Vegas. Every 2 years my favorite band 311 puts on a huge 5 plus hour show on March 11th. It's usually held in New Orleans so I've never been able to go but this year it was in Vegas so my brother Nate, Melissa and I got tickets and went. They played for over 5 hours and performed 60 songs! A big thanks to my parents for coming down to watch the kids while we went to the show. Here's a few pics:. Nate ready to rock!

Welcome To This Groove. Friday, May 25, 2012. We had visitors come for Spring Break and we really packed a lot of fun stuff into 1 week! Thanks for everything Grandma Manley, Aunt Katie, Aunt Nicole, and Jack (especially all of the Randy's donuts runs.) We had so much fun with you all here. Starting off the week right at C&O Trattoria in Venice: the garlic knots are always a huge hit! Leo Carrillo State Park/Beach. So beautiful and fun! Coloring eggs and Sunday Morning Easter Egg hunt.

Welcome To This Groove. Thursday, October 21, 2010. The Best Time of the Year. I love this time of year for so many reasons. Jake would say he loves it because of baseball playoffs and college football, but I love the Fall and the holidays. The excitement of everything still gets to me even though I'm almost 30. What? We'll talk about that another time). I usually buy the regular size can of pumpkin and seem to have some leftover that never gets used, but no longer! 1 cup white sugar. 1 cup brown sugar.

Welcome To This Groove. Wednesday, December 1, 2010. What a month we have had. First I got the flu, then our car got rear-ended, then we all have had bad colds. I'm glad that November is over! We did end the month with a fun Thanksgiving. Jake's family came to visit us and instead of cooking all day and then cleaning up for the rest, we ate at Marie Callendars! It was stress free and fun.
