Friday, March 23, 2012. We definitely had a "Moments to Remember" kind of day, so I thought it would be a great time to join the Moments to Remember Link Party over at 1 1 1=1! We were on our way home from the gym and Gracie says, "Mom, it's such a beautiful day, we should stop at the park! My first thought was. Ugh. really, today? I have SOOO much to do at home! We had an impromptu science lesson about how mulch was made:). We had lots of encounters with the wildlife! The famous Meyer Park Neutra-Rat.

Friday, March 29, 2013. I have to share this great conversation between me and the girls last night on our way home from church:. Gracie: "Mom, since we just went to Easter church, does that mean its Easter? Me: "Well, we are so lucky because we get to celebrate Easter early.". Allie: "why" (because this is ALL she knows how to say right now). Me: "Because mommy works at church so we get to celebrate Easter early". Gracie: (before I could even interject). So easy and fun! It is finished, and HE IS RISEN!

Saturday, February 23, 2013. Little Monkeys at the Zoo:). We went to the zoo this past week with our sweet friends, it was a beautiful day! Friday, November 30, 2012. We spent Thanksgiving in Leakey at the Frio River with the family, it was a lot of fun and very relaxing! Chuck getting the turkey ready to fry:). Going to feed the deer with G-Paw. Monday, November 26, 2012. Allie's Birthday Week Extravaganza. I love this kid, but I'm a little tired of her birthday, HA! On Monday, G-Maw, G-Paw, and Paw-Paw came up for Gracie's Grandparents Day program at school, so afterward we went to Chuck-E-Cheese for lunch and a little "celebration":).

Wednesday, May 22, 2013. A few months ago, we ordered caterpillars from Insect Lore. And we got to watch them turn in to butterflies, it was so neat! Sunday, May 12, 2013. Thursday, August 29, 2013. Good-bye Summer, bring on the change! It has been a great summer, but I am soooo O-V-E-R the heat! We have been super busy this summer, having lots of fun! Thursday, August 30, 2012. First Day of Pre-K! Gracie had her first day of Pre-K on Monday! I think I was the more nervous one, she was such a BIG GIRL! When I picked her up she had the biggest smile on her face and couldn't believe that she was goingto get to go back on Wednesday. Great class, great teacher, great school, YEAH!
