I wanted to give it a go once again and see if I can learn to love these adorable little vegetable. Here is a picture and a recipe. I found on the fabulous magazine House Beautiful. Here’s my version. Instead of salmon, I used turbo. The rich flavor of this fish added to the creamy texture of the risotto. Fresh Shelled Peas from now on!
