Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Charlie's first day of school. Charlie's first day of school was this week! I had prepared myself for this to be an emotional parting, a big moment for both him and for me. It wasn't. He happily played, and I happily left and ran errands with Annie. It was great! When we picked him up, the teacher said, "Did you know your son was a comedian? Did he cry at all? I asked. "Only once," said his teacher. I was thinking "Oh, he did miss me a little! Saturday, February 5, 2011. After a few ice days, we got some snow! Charlie loved it; Annie.not so much. Our friend Michael took some awesome pictures of us playing in it with their kiddos, Ellie and Julianna. My favorite moment was Charlie and Ellie riding in the "sleigh" together. Sunday, October 31, 2010. This may have been Charlie's favorite thing he has ever done.he refers to it daily still (it was weeks ago). He LOVED camping out in the backyard with daddy. Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Charlie's birthday this year was a BIG DEAL because he has been looking forward to it for 11 and a half months. It seemed like it was worth the wait, but over far too soon for his liking. ;). The girls were showing some cousin love! Uncle T was there to celebrate! Charlie had a buggy birthday celebration with butterflies. And lots of other shenanigans! By request, dirt cake! Ah yes, only four and we've perfected our crazy face posing.
