Today's challenge wasn't really much of a challenge for me as I'm not really one to wear heels on a regular basis, but the goal was to put your feet first and ditch the high heel shoes. I know the damage that my favourite pumps can wreak on my delicate, sensitive calf muscles and so I only wear them on special occasions.
