http://mamacjt.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. There's lots today, but I'll be quick about it! Like I said, there are lots of things to show you today, but I'll be quick about it. First of all, let me introduce two new ladies: # 74 (Randi from Canada) and #76 (Barbara from the US) - (#75 is still a mystery to be revealed next week). Next, we have Barbara from the US. Barbara is a professional adult tea party coordinator who loves her craft! And then I also made her this one which I called, "Flowers". Duh! And I finished of...

mamacjt: April 2015
http://mamacjt.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 24, 2015. I should learn to shut my mouth! Just as soon as I was bragging about our nice weather, it went and turned cold again. Ugh! 30 degrees when I woke up this morning and snow yesterday (if you can believe)? Thankfully, it didn't stick to the ground! Anyhow, I've not been doing much except reading and ordering stuff from Amazon. Bad me! I did send envelopes to my girls though with new books inside:. THE LIFE I LEFT BEHIND by Colette McBeth. A SPARROW IN TEREZIN by Kristy Cambron.

Jane madly quilting: April 2015
http://quiltingjane.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Words and pictures of my quilting life. Thursday, April 30, 2015. A little random stitching. As in the last blog, I have been enthused. I have been doing some random and not so random stitching. A new group on Facebook OMG quilts has got me a little enthused, however I have projects to finish before I really get excited but I have had a little play. A little stitching each day seems to soothe the soul and make me happier! A small quiltlet, random, but fun stitching. 3 small pods. Friday, April 17, 2015.

nifty quilts: Where Have I Been? Paris!
http://niftyquilts.blogspot.com/2015/07/where-have-i-been-paris.html
Nif-ty; adjective (ti-er, ti-est) informal, fashionable, stylish: a nifty quilt! Thursday, July 2, 2015. Where Have I Been? Still celebrating my 60th year, my husband and I visited Paris for our very first time! It's a stunningly beautiful city, as you all know. The best part for me was visiting quilt-maker friends whom I've met through this blog! Our first full day there, Willemke invited us to her apartment to see her quilts. Wow! This one really stole my heart. It's all linen plaids! I feel so fortuna...

Under The Presser Foot: August 2013
http://underthepresserfoot.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 23, 2013. I saw a picture on pinterest of a zig-zag or chevron style quilt that was no triangles. The link on the pin did not work, but the picture was enough for me to go ahead and jump in. I have 1 baby quilt I need for a baby shower next week, and 1 I wanted to make for Christmas. Sewing on my gray strips to my print strips looks like this . . . And then cut into 4 1/2" squares . . . Layout my design, left, right, left . . . Tops are ready to be quilted. Thursday, August 8, 2013. Under ...

Thursday, July 30, 2015. And it seemed like a good thing to have for breakfast. Actually, it works beautifully for lunch (who cooks lunch? Or, with a drink and a big green salad, for dinner. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Although, even here - a familiar airport sight. The Star Alliance airport lounge is the most beautiful I have ever seen, but the food isn't very interesting or very good, sadly. However, it, too, is pretty to look at. So here I sit, wondering what I haven't had to eat that I should go back for. Pasta? Meh -but maybe. Dessert? I rarely eat dessert, but might have to see what's available. OTOH, I could go downstairs to the terminal in search of a good empada. Links to this post.

Under The Presser Foot: March 2012
http://underthepresserfoot.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 22, 2012. Into every quilter's life . . . a little scrap must fall. Thank goodness for that! Got some time to sit and sew - gotta get it while the gettin's good! Today I get to work on my March BOM for guild. I have to admit, I really don't like cutting all that much - I'm impatient and it seems like a chore keeping from my "play". . . But I sure do love the hummmm of my machine! Wednesday, March 21, 2012. I am very pleased with how it turned out (and thankful I managed it! Thank goodness...

Grey Cat Quilts: Breaking My Silence
http://greycatquilts.blogspot.com/2012/04/breaking-my-silence.html
Thursday, April 26, 2012. April has been an interesting month! I don't think I've ever spent so much time sick. I started the month with a rotten cold - so rotten I should have stayed home from work, but didn't because my direct supervisor was on vacation. That lasted a week. I had a lingering, terrible cough in the weeks since. As long as my esophagus cooperated and let me go without coughing. I made it through two sewing days (yay! And got started on the Stich N' Bitch BOM project. It's so pretty!

Saturday, October 29, 2011. Skill Builder Series - Leaders, Enders and Strings. Waaay back in May, I wrote a small post on leaders and enders. As part of the Skill Builders Series. In a recent post, Weekend Recap. I mentioned that I'd done my string blocks as leaders and enders and I received a comment from Lynne. And, I'm sorry that the photos are dark. Now that I'm working two jobs, most of my sewing time is stolen from those hours that I should be sleeping! Let me preface the tutorial itself by saying...
