Wednesday, August 12, 2015. The kids are into the swing of school and doing great. They love their teachers, and they enjoy seeing their friends and learning new things every day. Also, I start class next Thursday! I had envisioned myself using this time to nap, float in the pool, relax, and generally refill my tank before life gets crazy in a new way. Instead, I've spent the past week deep cleaning the house and preparing the many details involved with this change. and kicking back a little.

There was a lot of LEGO building, scooter riding, Christmas lights seeing, and eating. We are truly blessed to have amazing family and friends. We tried to have some fun things each day and make the most of the weekend. Epic game of Monopoly - the boy crushed us. On Sunday we went to Wolf Trap for their annual Summer Blast Off Concert with The President's Own United States Marine Band and some awesome fireworks. It is the only free concert they do, so you have to get in line early.
