He found this one in a magazine, and it was just as yummy as it looks! In fact, we liked it so much the first time, that we planned this as our beach trip dinner meal. The flavor of the marinade is just perfect. And the vegetables go great with the meat. We'll definately keep this one in our pork repetoire. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar.

Tuesday, August 31, 2010. King of the Castle. Kevin might hate me for this, but I couldn't resist snapping this picture on Sunday afternoon. I thought it was quite appropriate considering all the pink in his life! This is one of the new blankets off of the girls' beds. The seamstress made them quite a bit bigger than my mom anticipated, so they are actually a great size for an adult to use! And they are so soft! Chloe had been in the chair with Kevin, had gotten up, and left him there with her blanket.

She's been taking gymnastics since she was 2, but Dan and I have been hesitant to put her on team since it is very time consuming and A LOT of money! Way to go Maddy!
