...always an adventure: Christmas time!
http://jakeandellisha.blogspot.com/2012/12/christmas-time.html
Saturday, December 1, 2012. Tanner's day: Sat on Santa's lap, helped mom decorate the tree, then made a mess in my pants (for the fourth time, although this one was the worst). We had a Christmas brunch this year. There were lots of crafts for the kids to do, and a whole lot of breakfast casseroles to eat. He really liked the bells on Santa's shirt. Jake had to go to the library after we came home, so Tanner and I decorated the tree. Here is a picture of him walking! All clean. And making a weird face.

...always an adventure: January 2012

Monday, January 16, 2012. So for the past week we've been hearing about a supposed 'snowpocalypse' that was supposed to hit this weekend. I had my doubts when I woke up this morning and it was raining, but the weatherman came through for us! This is my wife. She is hot. The view from our balcony. Ellisha's new snow boots. Teddy (my parents dog) chewed through her last pair. Helping Ellisha sit down to make a snow angel. Two very pregnant women. Yes, we built a pregnant snowwoman. View my complete profile.

The Keyes Family: Utah Grandma and Grandpa Visit!
http://lanceandmelissakeyes.blogspot.com/2015/06/utah-grandma-and-grandpa-visit.html
Friday, June 12, 2015. Utah Grandma and Grandpa Visit! Before Evelyn's Baptism, my family drove out from Utah to spend the week. We spent our days eating, shopping (Nordstrom Last Chance, Downeast), a Diamondbacks Game, and the Wildlife World Zoo. Until I get the pictures off my phone, I only have the ones from the zoo. We LOVE having family visit! The sting rays were a huge hit. Posted by Lance and Melissa. Friday, June 12, 2015. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). NYC 10th Anniversary Trip.

The Keyes Family: December 2014
http://lanceandmelissakeyes.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 7, 2014. Thanksgiving dinner was pretty amazing, and we had 28/29 of my Grandma and Grandpa's entire family there (one cousin is at BYU-Hawaii and couldn't come home). The next day was "Christmas" for my kids from my mom. I don't know why I didn't get any more pictures than this, but they loved it. All the Nuttall grandkids/great-grandkids (I have the only great-grandkids so far). My grandparents and their kids. Good luck Aubrey, we love you! See you in 18 months! Links to this post.

The Keyes Family: April 2015

Monday, April 20, 2015. Back in January, we finally made it to the Grand Canyon. It has been on our Arizona "to do" list since we moved here, so when Lance got a weekend free of call we took off. It was FREEZING, but oh so worth it. Posted by Lance and Melissa. Monday, April 20, 2015. Links to this post. February and March Happenings. February and March passed by with a blur. Lucy's hair was finally long enough for pigtails. A notable milestone. Gas prices went lower than they have in a looong time.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015. NYC 10th Anniversary Trip. It was rainy, cold, and crazy, and we loved every single second. Our first stop was Times Square. Sadly I am closing my eyes in this picture, but it is a good demonstration of how tired we were after our red-eye flight (we arrived at 9am and took the train in from the airport). The City from Central Park. This is the largest piece of meteorite ever found on earth. Best cookies I have ever eaten (1/4 lb each! We saw Les Mis, and it was so so great! One Wo...

Sunday, March 1, 2015. We had over three hundred lemons on our tree this year! Blake was excited to climb the ladder this year and pick the lemons to pass down to everyone, Addi sorted and brought them in the house, and Lucy watched from inside (this was back when she was crawling, and she didn't really enjoy crawling in our rock backyard). We are still enjoying the frozen juice from all our picking, juicing, and freezing! Posted by Lance and Melissa. Sunday, March 01, 2015. Links to this post.

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. We watch Sophia Simpson (friends' daughter) on occasion. Her and Tanner are only a few weeks apart, so it's a pretty easy babysitting job. (We baby-swap with them quite a bit.) We think Tanner was showing off for Sophia or something, because he was going crazy! Tanner is not very interested in Carly anymore, so Carly was excited when Sophia wanted to pet her. Tanner is getting better at making messes. Stands up to the kitchen cart and pulls everything off. Last weekend we wen...

Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Just a few pictures of what we've been up to lately. We love living here, in West Seattle, mostly because it's the least city-ish part of Seattle that you can live. We love the Alki trail and beach (that's where I go walking every morning), and the other beautiful parks in West Seattle. You can even see my little bump. This biking day was in September, so I'm a little bigger now. View from the water taxi on our way back to Alki. A pretty morning while I was walking.
