Tuesday, December 3, 2013. I think this means Lizzy wants me to join her for lunch at 11:53 :). It must be fun to be a first grade teacher. I can't imagine the things they know about our families, and the questions they get. Lizzy's teacher got a new question yesterday. Here's the email I got from her:. Lizzy asked today, “Is Santa Jewish? 8221; Oh my gosh! I was explaining Hanukkah to the class today and I read a couple books…she swears she has a book at home that says that Hanukkah is Jewish!

Monday, January 13, 2014. Three days a week I have to drag Lizzy and Morgan out of bed to get the big kids to school early. It's never pretty getting a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old out the door at 7am. But today it was at least funny:. Me: "Come on girls. Lizzy I can't carry you. You're too big.". Morgan: "I can't walk.".
