Finnian and Adalia spent a night with Grandpa and Grandma and the most important agenda was to visit the. Of our friends, Marcia and Marcel. A little rain and cold weather would not keep us from our appointed rounds. Finnian made sure he stayed with this big one until Marcia could get to him and clip the vine. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Village Views: FEBRUARY BEAUTY
http://villageviewsviakathy.blogspot.com/2010/02/february-beauty.html
Sunday, February 21, 2010. A few weeks ago we awoke to a beautiful hoarfrost covering everything. It's days like these that I'm glad to be in the upper midwest. The magnificence of the bright, sparkling snow can't be captured in a photo, but it helps to have a little reminder of nature's beauty. Although its a little difficult to see, a bright red cardinal landed in our birch tree outside our kitchen window, and again, I tried to capture the moment. The contrasting colors were impressive. And we love you!

Saturday, November 21, 2009. Here she and Grandma are in the middle of a great new "car" game. She loves the techie world and can bring Granma up to date on new things in the PC World. Grandma is also allowed to make meals, change diapers, take her to nappy time, but it is Grandpa who absolutely, positively, has her endless adoration! Here she shows her skills in making sweet music with Grandpa while doing a complicated ballet routine! Ivy really "flips" over Grandpa's guitar playing. Our Little Lamb, Ivy.

Saturday, May 30, 2009. 2nd Post to Weekend with Adalia. After all the work of planting flowers while holding up to certain fashion senses it was time to relax and play at the playground - the sand was just the right texture to mold and squish between the toes. Then it was on to heavy equipment training, honing in on skills which might come in handy if she ever starts her own construction company,. High swinging techniques were next on the agenda. Cans of silly string! Summer school next week! It was Ada...
