Tuesday, July 27, 2010. We had a great time at Fair Oaks Farm (apart from the heat and it was crowded). We saw a baby cow in the process of being born, saw the whole farm operation, tasted some great grilled cheese, milk and ice cream and had a great time with the Dettmans, Hartwigs and Stubbes! Can't wait to return sometime this fall! Sunday, July 25, 2010. My friend Melissa told me about The Incredible Pizza Company (thanks Mel) so we decided to head there on Quinn's birthday! We all had a great time!

A day in the life of a very FUN 12 year old boy. Sunday, August 22, 2010. After doing a bit of research on wild bird rescues and realizing that the heron was able to get around a bit, (we think it had a hurt leg), Rich and Dante released the heron at the neighbor's pond. They reported back that the minute the bird was let go, he started calling out and hunting. He definitely had a better chance at getting what he needed being in his natural habitat.
