This beautiful home was originally built in the 1850's and the first owner of the land was a young Loyalist soldier and entrepreneur named Arra Ferguson who received the property from the Crown in 1816. As two young entrepreneurs stewarding the house over 200 years later, we love this fellow's pioneering spirit and The Ferg is aptly named after Arra. What our guests have to say. I wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed our Bootlegger Tiki private class. It was wonderful! Cute, small and dark, Bootlegger Tiki was a great spot for a pre-dinner cocktail in Palm Springs. We were only going to have one but then that menu. it called out for us all to try more! Evey year my old roommate Craig outs together a big tailgate for a Brewer's game. This year's tailgate happened to fall over Labor Day Weekend and we decided to make a day of it. This was also Dylan's first baseball game, but since it wasn't a White Sox game we will tell him about his first tailgate, rather than first baseball game! Maybe AAAAHHHHHHH means "Hey batter batter" in baby talk. I think Mommy is trying to show Dylan were to look - guessing he's got his eyes on a cute toddler in the bleachers.
