May 24, 2008. I'm starting a diet. So I am starting this diet. the first 8 days is a detox. I can only eat veggies and oil. and not even the veggies I like. no carrots or corn. bummer. After 4 days I get to add whole grains, like amaranth, quinoa. Millet and buckwheat. After the 8 day detox part, I get to add chicken, eggs, fish and turkey. This is day two and so far I'm already tired. Of lettuce, zucchini, cauliflower. Center for Advanced Health. And yes I have an exercise. This morning, and Mackenzie.

Aug 16, 2009. This summer Kaitlyn had swimming lessons through the city at Alta Loma High School. This program was AWESOME for her! She had 4 weeks of lessons 5 days a week a half hour for each lesson. there were only 5 kids in her class. We will definitely be doing it again next year. The first day of class she sat on the side of the pool and cried the whole time. I felt sorry for the teacher. I told Kaitlyn we she was coming every day for 20 days, she better get in the pool! Youre a great mom!

The Father Daughter Dance at church, the girls had a lot of fun. wish I had been able to take more pictures, but I wasn't really supposed to be there! We went to the Sawdust Factory with our MOPS group, it was a lot of fun, the girls made mother's day presents for their grandmas. They turned out really nice, as always! The first one is my favorite. It was when they brought my dad home from the hospital. I think it looks like he is thinking. "what do I do now". Aug 16, 2009. July a very busy month! July 1st, 6 day past my due date. Owen finally decided it was time to come out! July 2nd at 2:32am. 8lbs 3oz and 21in long! Owen at 4 days old. Kaitlyn getting a hair cut for Kindergarten. So naturally, Mackenzie wanted a hair cut too! Her first hair cut! Mackenzie's family b-day party. Sister's loving on their baby brother. Feb 11, 2009. OK so most of you thought I was totally CRAZY for going to Disneyland the other day. I can't say I really blame you. It was FREEZZZZZING COLD! But it didn't rain while we were there so that was a BIG plus! And we walked onto everything. even Nemo was only a 10 min wait. So next time you go to Disneyland, you have to ride Small World! Alice in Wonderland and White Rabbit. Cinderella w/ Jaq and Gus. Pinnochio and Jimminy Cricket. Woody, Jessy, and Bullseye. Feb 9, 2009. Crumbs in the Carseat.

Nov 4, 2008. Hien and Amber's Wedding 9/7/08. Ok, so I finally got some photos from Amber's wedding, with the OK to post them online. So here a few. The wedding was at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden at Cal State Long Beach. It was beautiful!
