Travelouge for a Shiny Distracted Techie. Ejabberd and SSL certs. On 2012.04.1. Recently I managed to take a couple hours and finish the epic struggle of setting up an XMPP server. For the most part I look back and I wonder what it is that took me so long to get this little project taken care of. It was a relatively easy installation and something that I am still exploring the syntax and options of. Why does that matter? If you choose to use a self signed cert this process obviously may not be the same.

Friday, July 31, 2009. Today we went to have a 4D Sonogram of Little Sophie and she was not wanting to have her picture taken. She kept her arm and foot in front of her face the whole time. So we are going back again next Friday and maybe we'll get a better look. This has been one tough and scary pregnacy for my whole family and being on bedrest since I was 11 weeks pregnant was not fun! Ava is so excited about being a big sister and I know she will be a big help! We can't wait for Sophie to get here!
