Uganda establishes a Forum on TESSA, OERs and use of ICT tools. Teachers and Teacher Educators in Uganda are to benefit from the established forum on use of TESSA and OERs. Which has aided governments’ efforts to enable teachers in handling large classes which was a challenge in implementing UNESCO’s strategy for Education for All.
