Tesco Direct – Part One. December 2, 2010. Until now, I was always a regular customer of Tesco. Over the years I’ve spent thousands of pounds either *in* Tesco stores or Tesco Grocery Delivery and have never found reason to complain. For 24.99 with free delivery. Tesco Direct were selling the same phone but with a 5 delivery charge. Because of my trust in Tesco, I decided to order it there. I’d never used Tesco Direct before. What a mistake that was.
