Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Here are some pictures of Chase and Brian working on his project. They built a racetrack and a lego car and sent it down the track loaded with an egg. They made the incline steeper after three trials, and tested 5 different heights. He was asking the question "Does the incline of the track affect the damage to the egg? Chase using the nail gun. Saturday, January 14, 2012. More family pictures from November. This is probably the one that turned out the best. I have no idea what Aubree is doing with her fingers, but I'm guessing it has something to do with getting candy for smiling. Taking a break from all that smiling (or whatever it was they were doing). Some of Aubree's expressions. I really love this one. She has a look of pure bliss. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. But it wasn't exactly easy. Brian has put in alot of hours to pull this off. The walls of the pantry had 2 vents, a cold air return, electricity wiring, and were load bearing. Sounds like a wall that shouldn't come down, huh? The pantry when we bought the house. This is taken from the kitchen. Demolition day. The dry wall is gone. Now we can see all the projects looming in our near future. The view of "the wall," as we've termed the project, from the dining room.

Monday, May 28, 2012. This is something I wrote for Chase's kindergarten teacher back in September. Mrs. Meyer had asked for some information about each child. He just finished full-day kindergarten last week. He had a wonderful year and adjusted very well. Here are some of Chase's newborn shots. Chase gets completely "into" any projects we do. He had fun dying Easter eggs and turned his hands sparkly green in the process. One of our few snowy days this winter. Check out that strawberry. I love you Chase!
