My Progress So Far! My Progress So Far! Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Getting Back Into the Groove.and a NYC Brunch? The blog groove, that is. I've been reading blogs again, and it's so nice to catch up with all of my BOOBS. I was going through the list in my dashboard when all of a sudden, I realized that I needed to do more than read, I needed to write. So here I am, at 4:23am. Well, it's nice to kno that even with me running around the country like a crazy person, I can still manage to lose weight. Or maybe that's the bronchitis talking. This morning was 229, down from 232 last week. Still have a few pounds to go to get back to my low (and beyond! But it's all going in the right direction. Hope everyone is well.love to you all! When I left you on Thursday, I was stoked at my 3rd loss in a row. I did end up being able to get in all of the planned meals that day, but I did have to force myself to eat a bit, since I really wasn't feeling well. Well, surprise, surprise.it was much easier, and I was able to do the prescribed run/walk intervals. Today I did Day 3, and it was wayyyy easier. I was pretty impressed with myself.
