My Life as a Novel. Polk Baby #2 – The Birth Story. Getting my snuggle on →. Transitioning and Settling In. December 12, 2013. I’ve often heard that the transition from one child to two children is the most difficult transition. I’m coming to agree with this statement. WAYS THAT HAVING TWO KIDS ROCKS:. 1 Ivalee is four and she is definitely old enough to be a. Helper. She loves to hold Naomi; and she really loves when Naomi is awake – which is not really all that often yet. HOW I’M COPING. 1 Our church a...

Hepners Blog: Heart Thoughts
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/02/heart-thoughts.html
Monday, February 9, 2015. One week ago today, at this exact same time, I was sitting in the pre-op room waiting for the nurses to come and take my son to surgery. I am so thankful that last week is over.so thankful that we are where we are today.so thankful for God's goodness and provision and love. Dayne went to church yesterday! It was amazing to watch him! He is sore this morning, but still has such a positive attitude! However, we can do ALL things through HIM who gives us strength (Phil. 4:13).

Hepners Blog: Happy Mother's Day!
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/05/happy-mothers-day.html
Sunday, May 10, 2015. Being a Mother is the greatest honor that I have ever been bestowed. To be able to give life and watch it grow, shepard and nourish little souls.it doesn't get better than that! It is the hardest things I've ever done, and the most fulfilling all at once. Children see your love and all your flaws all at once. I pray they grow up to think that I didn't mess up too bad. It's humbling, exausting, and the most wonderful thing in the world! I love being a Mama! Bubba- The Big Brother.

Life with four boys.husband, 2 sons, and dog. Saturday, June 23, 2012. Tonight I laid with Emmory as I put him to bed, like usual. I told him a story. He said, "You didn't ask God for help? Sunday, June 17, 2012. Of course, that is jus...
