At Home At Last. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. SomeONE in my family gets to meet Charlie Batch of the Steelers tomorrow and someone DOESN'T. I'm officially sulking. Links to this post. Tuesday, November 9, 2010. I'm not THAT sick! Cough cough. I'm not that sick. Really. Well, not compared to a few days ago, anyway. I arrived and the secretary was all smiles, but she pulled her SLEEVE over her HAND to take the folder! I said, "I'm not that sick, really! She said, "I'm not afraid of a few germs! No diet will...

Outnumbered part 2: June 2012
http://outnumbered2.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
My ramblings, musings and rants on life. Wednesday, June 20, 2012. We knew, going into it, that June was going to be a very busy and complicated month. People going here and there, no getting around it. We are coming into the home stretch. Little guy goes to camp next week. My tomatoes are doing well, but I'd probably get more use out of the cherry tomatoes if I didn't eat them right off the vine. Next year I've got to remember to plant sugar snap peas. Outnumbered part 2
http://outnumbered2.blogspot.com/2014/10/heh.html
My ramblings, musings and rants on life. Thursday, October 09, 2014. Heh Look. Over a year. I kinda forgot about the whole blog thing because of the whole new job thing. Which is wonderful, and amazing, but keeps me very, very, busy. It's for a good sized church in a affluent community. Lots of kids (that's my job) to wrangle - Sunday School, choir, Bible studies and so much more. I've been here a year now and I really do love it. Husband still at same job, but not enjoying it as much. Here in the Bonny ...

One Mother of a Think Tank. July 1, 2009. So while I wouldn’t put my money on the details, the general concepts and trends are quite observable and that is where I would put my emphasis and thoughts on the subjects the book presents. That should give you an idea of some of the subject matter that it deals with. What are the biggest challenges to our willpower, and how do we face them? Even more importantly, how do we teach them to our children? Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. 3 Respo...

At Home At Last: June 2010
http://athomeatlast.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
At Home At Last. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. An air conditioner that spews out wonderful cold air into our home. especially the second floor, which, with no a/c, masquerades as a sauna. My no-bake cookies will finally set up instead of sitting there in big ooey gooey globs. (Although, in my book there isn't really anything wrong with ooey gooey chocolate blobs EVER.) :). Back to enjoying these wonderful temperatures. (some days it takes so little to make me happy). :). Links to this post. One of my friends...

At Home At Last. Monday, September 27, 2010. People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out,. But when the darkness sets in,. Their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.". This is really nice! Thanks for sharing it, Chris. Happy Monday to you. :D. September 27, 2010 at 7:27 PM. More wool than sugar and spice | Yarn Harlot

Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. More wool than sugar and spice. October 14, 2014. Myrie’s little sweater was Minni. 8211; knit out of Madeleine Tosh Sock. In Antler (the cream) and Magnolia Leaf (not the cream). The needles – in case you were wondering, were 2.25mm and 1.75mm – fiddly, I know. I trimmed it in green left over from a sweater last year, and I made the largest size because when you make something like this, it should fit for a while. It was lovely to see them being used, ...
