Wednesday, January 28, 2015. The Prepping Party Continues. Lots more prepping has been done! These little guys will be pillows or pincushions. I got them from Farmhouse Woolens. Next is Harvest Moon. I have been dying to make this one for a LONG time but I just thought it would be difficult to prep. it was actually relatively easy, so I don't know why I get in my head that it is difficult. This is a stitchery/wool applique from Farmhouse Woolens. How cute is that flower pot? I now realize that the proble...

Wednesday, July 15, 2015. If you are wondering where I have been, well I have been living in a reno zone! All of my kitchen cabinet contents strewn about my table and my entire house. What a disaster! We went round and round with what to do. We wanted granite but it is expensive. ugh. so after a lot of back and forth, we decided investing in the granite would pay off in the resale (if we move) and we sure would love having it in the meantime! Then, do we keep or replace the cabinets? My son-in-law and I ...

Sunday, March 1, 2015. March Comes in like a Lamb. with Wool! More woolie projects get through the prepping phase. This is an older one from Primitive Gatherings that was kitted there with a black background. I grabbed a tan background instead out of my stash and I like it better this way. Next comes a little basket one that I have seen everywhere from Primitive Gatherings. Gardening season is just around the corner. Getting my thoughts centered around the ton of work ahead. Friday, February 20, 2015. What a cold snap! We should be nearing the end of these as March is approaching, I hope! I hate summer heat, but this cold is so hard on all the birds and the animals. Poor things. I know they are designed to withstand it, but you can't tell me it doesn't feel horrible to freeze your wings off! So I have continued my commitment to prep my brains out. Here are a few more. This first one is a cute bee pillow, again from Primitive Gatherings. I think they rip you off on your steps!
