thinking to much...: The "Beast"
http://parcmain.blogspot.com/2011/07/beast.html
We finally upgraded to a real family car! We went with the BRAND NEW SUV. We all love it. Lil' man has tons of room. Mom and Dad have tons of room and nice heated leather seats. We have a third row of seats or we can put it down and have a HUGE trunk. IKEA trips are so easy now! We don't have to borrow a family member's minivan to get something. thinking to much...: 22nd Monthly Photo
http://parcmain.blogspot.com/2011/09/22nd-monthly-photo.html
The day before he turned 22 months, we left for our BIG trip! We went to San Fransisco to visit two of my good friends, who just moved there, for two weeks. The flight was 5 hours (direct of course! Lol) but we made it. So excuse the change in scenery for the photo. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). thinking to much...: Spinach Lasagna Rolls
http://parcmain.blogspot.com/2011/05/spinach-lasagna-rolls.html
I made this Spinach Chicken Lasagna rolls last week and they were a hit! It was super easy to make and both DH and I love that it's a "clean" version of lasagna. It's not messy at all. Though we did eat it with extra spaghetti sauce. We like them saucy! Lol =) I forgot to take a picture of the ones we made so I included a picture from the website I got the recipe from. Source: the girl who ate everything. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained. Salt and fresh pepper.

thinking to much...: iPhone 4
http://parcmain.blogspot.com/2011/05/iphone-4.html
DH is so very thoughtful. Though my birthday is not for another 2-3 weeks, he bought me an early birthday gift, an iPhone 4! I've really been itching for one since I went on my Mama's Only trip. All the girls had iPhone 4s and the picture/video quality was AMAZING! Since I stay home with the lil' munchkin, I'm the one capturing his every move with my phone. But since DH saw how awesome the 4 was, he wants one too. =) haha Isn't that how it usually goes? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My 2nd mamas day.

thinking to much...: Bloomin' Onion Bread
http://parcmain.blogspot.com/2011/05/bloomin-onion-bread.html
Made this for dinner a few days ago and it was DELICIOUS! My younger brother in law made it for us a year ago or so and we loved it. I found it on pinterest and of course I had to make it again! Source: the girl who ate everything. 1 unsliced loaf sourdough bread. 12-16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup butter, melted. 1/2 cup finely diced green onion. 2 teaspoons poppy seeds. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap the bread and bake 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
