Snow Shoe Rails to Trails. The Snow Shoe Rails to Trails has several Certified Safety Trainers that are also members who can be contacted to do DCNR Youth 8-15 yrs. Certification Training for a fee. We also have free DCNR Certified Training two times a year at Best Line Powersports in Centre Hall. These sessions are in conjunction with the Spring and Fall Open Houses. Contact Best Line Powersports, General Potter Hwy. 814-237-0897. Pre-registration is required for that training.
