The idea creator Pontus Berger has taken leave of absence during one and a half year from his employment to drive this project. Short term target is to have a team ready in October. In parallel work with the team with their individual needs. The short term activities might be the foundation for a club with female and youth players. Projektet i Borlänge med det Somaliska bandylandslaget har inspirerat mig att fundera på vad idrotten och näringslivet skulle kunna åstadkomma för att göra skillnad. Projekt i nordöstra Göteborg för att minska segregation. På kort sikt skapa ett lag bestående av engagerade aktiva individer. Delta i seriespel redan 2015/2016 antingen i en befintlig förening eller i en helt ny förening. Kombinera idrott med att ge inblick i arbetslivet för att så frön och ge idé om mål och riktning för utbildning och yrkesval. Därigenom ge inspiration som resulterar i att en så stor andel som möjligt börjar/fortsätter med gymnasial utbildning och/eller inom arbetslivet.
