http://stitchnscrap.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
So many hobbies, so little time! Monday, February 16, 2009. Beads, Beads and More Beads. I have an addictive personality, and it really shows through in my crafts. I start doing something, decide I enjoy it, and many times about go overboard doing it. Thus, the beaded bracelets. I made bracelets until my eyes were seeing beads even when they were closed. And what, you ask, am I going to do with all of them? Why, stuff them in my drawer with the rest of my loose jewelry, of course! I really like the idea ...

So many hobbies, so little time!: New Projects with Old Yarn
http://stitchnscrap.blogspot.com/2010/03/new-projects-with-old-yarn.html
So many hobbies, so little time! Friday, March 26, 2010. New Projects with Old Yarn. The Ravelympics have come and gone, and while I must say I was glad I participated, I didn't get as much done as I thought I would. Right now I am knitting more than I did during the Ravelympics. Below are a few of my latest projects. They were all knit with yarn from my stash (my husband is so proud! I've linked the pattern where I can:. I used the knit 2, purl 2 ribbing; next time I'll opt for the knit 1, purl 1 ribbing.

http://stitchnscrap.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
So many hobbies, so little time! Thursday, October 23, 2008. What an awesome time we had at the Cropapalooza. It was held last weekend at Lawlor Events Center in Reno. I arrived around 8:30 on Saturday morning to help set up a little. Then classes kept me busy until later in the afternoon. For some reason I wasn't planning on being so busy that day, but I loved it. I took classes from Technique Tuesday. Also had a make and take for us to do. Showing off our pages that Mary from Technique Tuesday taught us.

So many hobbies, so little time!: April 2009
http://stitchnscrap.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
So many hobbies, so little time! Friday, April 24, 2009. Erin and I are taking a cake decorating class at Michael's. What fun, I thought. I'm a kinda creative person, I should take to cake decorating like I've taken to other crafts, right? I made two cakes - one for each of us. We had to frost them before the second class. Our first class the teacher gave us a lot of information and went over what we would be doing. I landed up having to make four batches of frosting - that's 16 cups of powdered sugar!

Baad Medicine: June 2011
http://baadmedicine.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
The Cure for Your Knitting Addiction. Sunday, June 12, 2011. The socks were made for walking. And that's just what they'll do. In orange shoes of course. Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Sometimes you finish a piece and you think, crap, that sucks. It's ugly and I'll never wear it and what a waste of all that precious knitting time. And other times you finish something and think, wow. That's awesome. It turned out way better than I anticipated. Any guesses on which one this is? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
