The data consists of 20 training scans and 10 test scans. To keep the size of files to download within reasonable bounds, they can be downloaded in batches of 5 scans each. SLIVER07 : Submit Results

The submission process is currently changed to allow uploading segmentation results directly to this website. As long as this is not yet possible, please email your zipped results to Tobias Heimann. The results file you submit should be a single, compressed file (archive). Any compression format that can be decompressed by 7zip. In addition, the archive should hold 10 raw. Make sure to read the rules. I have downloaded the data. How do I read it? All data is stored in Meta format containing an ASCII readable header and a separate raw image data file. This format is ITK compatible. Full documentation is available here. An application that can read the data is SNAP. What do the entries in the result tables mean? How often can I submit results? Can the results of my system be removed from the web site? What must be in the pdf document that is required for every submission?
