Nie ma nic lepszego niż chudość. Czwartek, 28 czerwca 2012. A wiec strasznie przepraszam, że nic nie pisałam (chociaż wiem, że i tak mało osób czyta tego bloga), ale miałam drobne przerwy w diecie i załamania i totalny brak czasu i chęci żeby cokolwiek pisać. A więc przytyłam 2 kg, ale jestem na diecie niskokalorycznej do 500-600 kcal dziennie i staram się to spalić. Pieczywo wasa z jogurtem naturalnym i ogórkiem. Dwie suche kromki pieczywa wasa. Jogurt naturalny z owocami (truskawki,jagody,maliny).
