Our club is a not-for-profit organisation, all proceeds go back into the running of the club. It is getting more and more expensive to run lodges on Mt Ruapehu, increases in Power, DOC Fees, Council Fees and other charges are putting pressure on club finances. Installation of the new toilets at the Ruapehu lodge was also a significant drain on club finances. You can help in a number of ways:. Attend Club Nights at our lodges. A small fee is now charged for our event nights to fundraise for the club.

In recent years the National Park lodge has had a number renovations, the latest is the extension of the front deck to create a larger outdoor area. The Lodge has a large combined lounge and dining area with a fireplace, off the main lounge is a small reading/movie room. (The TV plays DVD or VHS but there is no TV reception). People to use simultaneously. Ski Workshop area and large drying room.
