Michigan Dog Law of 1919, as amended. I decided to look into the counties 'administration' of the Michigan Dog Law of 1919, as amended. At this time, specifically the way they 'administer' the kennel licensing sections. Much to my dismay, that is horrendous! And I'm hearing that the townships, cities and villages are even worse.
