The Delaney Family: February 2015
http://delaneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 2, 2015. For Christmas/our 11 year anniversary. Colin and I got a new mattress. It was expensive. Also WAY overdue. At least according to the commercials that repeatedly told me how nasty and full of dust mites my 11 year old mattress was. Plus, ours was really uncomfortable. So we did it. Then we bought a bed, too. Since we had never done that either. We "made" a headboard with plywood and fabric 10 years ago. I'm nesting a bit, I guess. Oh this little girl brings me so much joy. She wa...

The Delaney Family: May 2014
http://delaneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 24, 2014. Maggie turned two in April. It's now almost June. I spent about an hour working on this post just to discover today that none of it saved. So, I am re-uploading the photos. Feeling sorry for myself : ). All worth it, so we can look back at this blog later in life and remember how sweet and cute and funny little Maggie was at TWO. Guess her dress got dirty? She usually starts out in clothes, and then quickly ends up in a diaper. With a bow : ). She likes to pretend to sleep. Chicke...

The Delaney Family: November 2014
http://delaneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 26, 2014. September in one post. Charlie and Maggie helping me mash bananas for banana bread. these two play so well together on Tuesdays/Thursdays when they are both home. They also fight like crazy : ). Colin and I have never gotten away without the kids. Well, one time we went to new Orleans for less than 24 hours and left 2-3 of them with my mom. But, we don't even really go on dates. And in September, we took two trips without the kids. Happened to sit right under the Texas flag.

The Delaney Family: August 2014
http://delaneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 1, 2014. The Louis' came to visit on their way from Birmingham to Dallas. So nice to have them stay and hang out. They weren't able to make it to Charlie's party the day before due to a furniture emergency : ). There's just nothing like seeing friends you've known for so long. The kids are all getting so big! I have plenty of pictures of the kids, not many of the grownups : ). Rocket Ship park to get the sillies out. A few days later, on Independence Day, we left for Lousiana. The older bo...

The Delaney Family: May 2015
http://delaneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 21, 2015. Early Monday morning (May 11th), around 5 am, my water broke. The next hour was spent jumping in the shower, laughing, making phone calls, directing Colin to pack things in a bag for the hospital (hadn't done that yet). My mom came over and got the boys ready for school. Colin's parents were still in town, too, from Jackson's first Communion. They came over and brought the boys to school. We got to the hospital and settled in. We were both pretty sure we were having a boy. After a...

http://delaneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 6, 2015. We went to the Heard Museum to celebrate our friend, Matt's birthday. It was a little chilly - but so fun! Colin was at a conference, so I showed up with all four and of course Claire and Jason helped me parent : ). I didn't get single picture of the cool dinos that moved and made noise. But got a few on these little guys when we first started out "hike.". Then we got ice. and snow. and more ice. and more snow. I snapped these pictures from inside the warm house :).
