Thursday, May 28, 2015. While chasing the Chihuahua's one day around the house (their new "game"), I saw this gorgeous flower blooming in one of the pots. I believe its an Amaryllis. This one is the most brilliant in color. The other 2 pots, on either side of it, held the same flowers but they were a lighter pink. Now, I wonder what I in those other pots. Jackson Family Farm: Family Fun
http://mississippimamaof7.blogspot.com/2015/07/family-fun.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. We've just spent a great 1 1/2 weeks serving, laughing, eating, watching, loving, listening, observing, and worshipping. We left Friday, June 26 and started our 2 days driving excursion to Buffalo, New York. We served with 40 other folks on a Mission Trip up there. The main focus of the trip was backyard bible clubs and neighborhood bashes in Albion, NY. The kids rode jetskis, Ben and Bethany learned how to water ski, ate more food, watched fireworks, fed fish, and got lots of sun.

Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Our vacation was great! We got to spend time with Allen, Jennifer and Aiden on the weekend before and after our Disney trip. The dining plan was great and FREE. It was 2 meals and a snack everyday. We did breakfast in the room. You just had to find a quick service dining room in any of the parks and order your meal. The lunch and dinner meals consisted of the entrée and any sides that came with it, a drink, and a dessert. That's a lot of food! Amy was our official photographe...

Wednesday, October 22, 2014. Longest trip we've been on - 2 1/2 weeks on our western adventure. Most unusual place we have camped - on the strip in Vegas, there was a KOA in a hotel parking lot. Scariest ride in the rv - taking Old Route 66 to a "ghost town" out west - no road maintenance in decades, hairpin curves, and no guard rails. Lots of parting going on that day! 2nd scariest would be the same trip, but through an expressway shutting down Dust storm. Maine, wind through Kentucky. Links to this post.
