http://jennsetts-losing100.blogspot.com/2014/03/what-is-so-wrong-with-wheat.html
Following my journey to lose 100 pounds. Wednesday, March 19, 2014. What is So Wrong with Wheat? I was recently asked this after posting a pic of my wheatless meal on Facebook (a yummy steak with bell peppers, both cooked on the grill). Remember that I started this 30 day experiment basically in the dark with the intention of doing my research at the same time. So, being 10 days in I am by no means an expert. But, here is what I've learned so far. Causes high blood sugar. Wheat is an appetite stimulant.

Losing 100: Goals
http://jennsetts-losing100.blogspot.com/p/goals.html
Following my journey to lose 100 pounds. I think there will be people who will read further into this page and say that what I'm looking to accomplish is a lot. That I'm setting my sights too high and making goals outside of my reach. But, I think that in the last 10 months and 50 pounds, I should have proven that a little bit has changed and that I'm up for bigger challenges. So, when reading my goals, please keep this in mind. When I was asked to write this list, this was the criteria I was given:.

Losing 100: Changes & Slow Progress
http://jennsetts-losing100.blogspot.com/2013/08/changes-slow-progress.html
Following my journey to lose 100 pounds. Friday, August 9, 2013. Changes and Slow Progress. Tonight I attended my 9th Weight Watcher's meeting in a row. In those 9 weeks I've lost exactly 2.8 pounds. Some would be upset by this. Discouraged. A lot of people would probably quit. Very few would put it in writing on a blog to be published out on the internet, where nothing can ever really be deleted. And anyone that knows me, knows that I've been analyzing this. Analyzing my progress. Weight Watchers puts a...

Losing 100: Losing Weight = More Time In the Kitchen
http://jennsetts-losing100.blogspot.com/2014/03/losing-weight-more-time-in-kitchen.html
Following my journey to lose 100 pounds. Sunday, March 16, 2014. Losing Weight = More Time In the Kitchen. But I'm finding it hilarious how much time I've spent in the kitchen. What types of things have I been eating? Did I just say bread, cheesecake, and donuts? Isn't this a wheat-free diet? Why, yes I did. And, yes it is. The bread was also dry. Next time I'm going to try it with some applesauce in it to see if that moistens it up. The recipe calls for white wine vinegar to attempt to preserve it a lit...

Losing 100: December 2011
http://jennsetts-losing100.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Following my journey to lose 100 pounds. Monday, December 12, 2011. With the new job, I have been so off in regards to my fitness. I still have been more conscious of it than in the past. But, I have done very little exercise and since exercise goes hand in hand with eating healthy, I've been bad on that aspect too. However, the difference between now and then is that I know what I need to do and I know that I can do it. I also know that I have to do it now. Hope everyone else is staying active! I am a p...
