Wednesday, August 31, 2005. Because summer is almost over. Took my last weekend off of the summer and nearly killed ourselves trying to cram as much recreation in as we possibly could. I'm working straight through labor day weekend and out the other side, then the school year starts up again. So last friday we went to a Red Wings. Game It was our first time to Frontier Field, though we drive by it all the time. What a nice park! After the game (home team won - yay! Two nights at Letchworth State Park.

Sunday, February 19, 2006. My sister-in-law and I have been doing a spinning class at the local Y over the past couple of months. It's a real masochists party - the class starts at 5:45 (am) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and it's been hard to commit to killing yourself physically three times a week when you're barely awake. Thursday, June 23, 2005. The Joy of Sox. The kids at their first game. C brought reading material in case it was too boring, but it all stayed under the seats when the game started. We had really good seats - 3 or 4 foul balls came our way - though not close enough to catch. Here was our view of the action ( a little blurry this one) - here's Mark Bellhorn swinging at one. Friday, November 18, 2005. Not to one-up The Gimpy One. But finished 5k on the treadmill in 33:30 today. (Yeah, I'm slow, but you would be too, if you had to swing these enormous thighs around.) Directions: Make the following sentences more interesting by adding details and vivid language. 1 I rode the bus. I rode bus 275 with my friend Devon. 2 I have a sister (or brother).
