What is the Nutrition Program? Is there a fee for the meals? No, but we accept client donations toward the cost of meals. The contributions are an important part of the funding for the program. Who is eligible for home delivered meals? Trumbull County residents who are 60 or older (or the spouse of someone age 60 or older), home bound, unable to cook for themselves and not living with someone who can cook for them. Any resident of Trumbull County who is sixty (60) years old or over, or whose eligible spouse is sixty (60) or over, is home bound, unable to cook, and has no one to cook for them may be eligible for Home-Delivered Meals.
