Finding healthier ways to prepare things is a fun challenge for me. This is for all you Foodies out there! I absolutely, positively love this dish! I did a lot of research and watched several videos on Indian cooking and I was finally able to perfect my recipe. 1 large package boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 3 Tbsp minced garlic.
