The Hubby and Me! Friday, April 30, 2010. Im not sure if anybody will even read this. I dont blame them either, I haven't been a good blogger in such a long, long time. I just got back from the Intensive Care Unit that my mom is resting in after her heart surgery she had today. They put a defibrillator (sp? I love, LOVE, love you all so much! Sunday, April 25, 2010. Today I turn 37! I really cannot believe that, I can honestly never remember my age, I feel so much younger than that (most days! As proof of this on one of my best friends birthday cards this year I wrote "who would have thought 17 years ago when we met in Spanish class we would still be best of friends! I thought it was such a sweet and true compliment until she looked at me and said " uh, Nik that would make us 32! But it is what it is! I am getting older! Passed my last final!

Together, Forever, Sealed with Love! Sunday, September 27, 2009. Brock FINALLY gets to play soccer. He has been waiting for about 2 years now, so he is beyond excited! His team is the Red Dragons and believe me, they are FIERCE! There are only six of them on the team. They play 3 on 3 with no goalie. It is quite entertaining! They have only played 3 games but the improvements since the first game are amazing! Keep up the great work Brock, we love you! Brock and his soccer buddies, Sam and Roberto.

Wednesday, May 16, 2012. Every Tuesday my mom keeps Mia. Yesterday was no exception. BUT yesterday, Mia did get to be a big helper. got to start some pumpkin seeds that will eventually get transplanted to the field for some fall fun. Here Mia is taking Grandma's dirt and placing it on the driveway. (okay, maybe not such a help). Now she has got the hang of it. the dirt goes in the pots. And last but not least use the duck watering can to water the seeds. So sweet. I just love their special bond!

Monday, September 26, 2011. Our Trip to Atlanta and Little Rock. My mom, Mia and I were blessed with the opportunity to travel for a week, reconnecting with old friends, visiting, and hanging out. We were gone for a total of 6 days and went on a total of 6 plane rides. Mia is a PRO traveler and had no problems, issues or temper tantrums while gone. She truly is a princess. Although. Riding in an airplane (she didn't always get her own seat - but she did great either way). Hanging out in her hotel crib.

Friday night I traveled back to Yakima for a night of reconnection with people I spent a great deal of time with 10 years ago. The husband did not attend with me, which was fine, and all in all, it was a good night. Sunday, August 2, 2009. It's been a while. My summer brought with it a new definition of crazy.
