I'm Working On It! Tuesday, February 24, 2009. It only comes once a year! I made a batch of my Grandmom's famous fastnachts last night! I've been making them every year since she died. I know she's smiling down on me when I make them! Now, today's task is to try and get as many as I can out of this house because "Fat Tuesday" is really ringing true for me! Friday, June 29, 2007. My roommate and I once: went shopping for wedding gowns at Kleinfeld's in NYC.yeah, like we could EVER afford that! Never in my life have I: bungee jumped- nor do I want to! High school was : a chemical induced blur. When I'm nervous : I have to pee every 5 minutes. My hair : is too short after this last haircut- I look like a boy! When I was 5 : I was cute! Then my mom gave my hair a "bowl cut", and it was all down hill after that! I should be : scrapping! I have deadlines looming.

Thank you for the music. Thursday, August 20, 2009. Today was Sydney's 1st day of 1st grade! She marched so confidently into the school you'd never know she was so nervous. Sydney hides emotion very well. I could tell from the moment I saw her the day had been a SUCCESS! She had a big smile, a skip in her step, and happily reported that nobody made fun of her. Hooray! I'm Working On It! Thursday, September 17, 2009. Not much going on this week! It's been a rather tame week around here. The days are getting shorter, which means less time for play outside. Not to mention, it's getting cooler. It's definately long pants and long sleeves weather again. Pretty soon the leaves will start getting some color! My favorite time of year! I'd love it to be fall forever. I like the cool, crispness of it and all the activities that go along with the season! This is a beautiful page!

I'm Working On It! Monday, December 15, 2008. Almost a whole month since I blogged last! We've been busy doing all kinds of fun holiday activities! Here is our Christmas card picture. I just need to get to the post office for stamps and then they'll go out in the mail! The house has been decorated for 2 weeks, the tree is beautiful and is now surrounded by presents!
