Car Park height Barriers. The first part of Ruthin Art Trail to be installed was the refurbishment of St Peter’s Gates and the addition of lighting for the gates. Car Park height Barriers. Trees and Tree Guards. The three trees in Market Street go some way to re-establish the avenue, which existed in the early part of the 20th century. They are Prunus Sunset Boulevard (Cherry) chosen for their open network of branches that allows light through. The other six trees, which are at the bottom of Market Street, are the slightly bolder Pyrus Calleryana ‘Chanticleer’. Each tree is protected by a specially designed steel tree guard.
