Twisted Ponies – our Curlies. April 22, 2011, 3:46 pm. Rain, 40 F, rain 50 F, and more rain…………. Well, back into chickens I go, couldn’t resist buying 8 laying pullets today at the farm store. I have them snug as a bug in the tack house with heavy fencing on the top of the cage and a heat lamp. They are a little older as chicks, with feathers already started, so crossing fingers for eggs again soon. We are going to shoot skeet tomorrow, weather permitting. Spring is moving right along! What a lovely day!
