http://jasminfellrunner.blogspot.com/2016_05_01_archive.html
Talking of fells, . Sunday, May 1, 2016. On Saturday 23rd April I completed the Bob Graham Round. In a time of 15 hours and 24 minutes. This is a classic Lakeland route of circa 66 miles and 8000m ascent, starting and finishing at the Moot Hall in Keswick, and visiting 42 summits along the way. Below is my account of what turned out to be a truly unforgettable day. Record breaking 2015 Bob Graham (18:06). In March we ran the route once more, this time in daylight over two days, with a B&B stop and severa...

Steve and I got married in 2009 and as a wedding present we were bought two cows. I have been updating www.runbg.co.uk. With their progress but since one has since been culled I have been a bit quiet on that front too. I was just reading back through the news pages though yesterday and it made amusing reading which has prompted me to rethink and update! Friday 9th January - The puppi...

Dragon's Belly
http://www.dragonsbelly.co.uk/Details.htm
In July 2005 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer as described on www.runbg.co.uk. I have subsequently been looking for a small cancer charity to support and have found one in www.odyssey.org.uk. I will be running the Dragon's Belly to raise sponsorship money for this charity and will put up a JustGiving page nearer the time. I'm hoping that more people will join me in raising money for Odyssey. Day 1 Llyn Gwynant Barns 11 per head ( 250 minimum charge). Day 2 Cymer Abbey (Vanner) Campsite 6 per head.

We've set up a Facebook page. And Just Giving Team Dragons Belly. Nicky started running in 2001 with the usual progression through 10k’s and half marathon’s before the open countryside, fells and mountains captured her attention. Starting with 20 mile races such as Tankies Trog and Edale Skyline she progressed to Ultra Races such as Fellsman Hike (62 miles) and winning the Vasque RunFurther Series. This is her Donation Request Letter. And please donate at. Many thanks. Nicky. A friend at work then introd...
