Wednesday, September 5, 2012. C Day for Christchurch. This week we recognised the 2 year anniversary of the Christchurch Earthquake by having a 'C Day' to fundraise money for damaged schools. We had to come dressed as something beginning with C. There was some wonderful costumes which included Clifford, Cowboys, Cricketers, a clock and some clowns. For lunch we had saveloys and bread. Unfortunately we didn't place (Room 20 and 12 are finalists with Time Warp and Royals), but what an absolutely fantastic effort all the students in Room 1 made.
