Ron and Diana Pike. Wednesday, October 1, 2014. Thought I would post a few pictures from our recent trip to China! Here is a picture of the excavation of the Clay Soldiers at the largest of three pits. Each of the figures is about six feet tall and in battle formation, They guarded the Emperor's tomb in the afterlife. Each face is individual and likely modeled after an actual person. It was a lot of fun and long enough to really get comfortable enough to play around with your speed. Faster was better!

Look at these dashing men! Aren't they all just handsome? I debated whether i should put this one on because ronan has his finger in his nose, but truly it is nearly impossible to snap one withOUT his finger up his nose these days, so it seemed fitting. don't worry, he isn't going to eat it. oh, and don't be fooled by the sweaters, it is still 105 over here, it was a very unusually cool day last sunday,. Well, it is time to check in again. We are fast approaching the beginning of a new part of our life. The boys are growing up so quickly!
